Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Limits:

All packages are shipped with a Required Signature, unless requested otherwise by the customer.  Please note that we do not accept any responcibility for lost or stolen packages if no signature requirement is requested.

All standard products are shipped within 3 to 5 business days (on average) as of receipt of the order.  But varies depending on the item, so please see production deadlines under each item's description.  If the order is placed before noon, PST, then it will be put into production that very same day.  If the order is placed after 12pm, PST, then it will be placed into production the following business day.  For orders placed over the weekend, we will placed it into production the following business day.  Rest assured we ship out all our merchandise as soon as it is ready!

Customized orders may take around 7 to 14 business days s to ship.

Expedited or International shipping fees are not refunded for items being returned.

 

Customer Guarantee:

We guarantee complete satisfaction on all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the item(s) within 45 days for a complete refund (excluding shipping costs). Online and credit card orders will receive a credit on next billing statement.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that all fur accessories are final sale.

 

Return policy:

Your order will not be complete and your credit card will not be charged until you click the 'Place My Order' button. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them in their original condition for a full refund or exchange within 5 days.

This guarantee does not apply to custom orders , pieces not in original condition, special orders, or pieces that have been modified per customer request. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.  We are not responsible for refunding the shipping (to and from) on returning items.

All returns must be received within 5 days of the order delivery date to receive full refund or exchange. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail.  Returns and exchanges are limited to 3 transactions. After that point a restocking fee of 30% will be assessed.

Please email returns@nanabijoujewelry.com to notify us of your return before you send it back. You will receive an RA number. Items must be insured and in their original condition. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.

Payment Options:

We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover) and PayPal for online transactions. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

 

Package Interception Policy:

Shipping companies charge a fee to change a shipping address if the package is already in their possession. The fee to change the shipping address is $10.   

 

International Shipments:

All orders shipping outside of the United States might be subject to customs and duties charges. This charge is independent of NanaBijouJewelry.com and is not included in the shipping charges.  Returns for international orders are accepted.  Shipping fees for returning items are not refunded by us and is the responcibility of the customer to pay for the shipping to return.  Please email returns@nanabijoujewelry.com with the reasoning of the return to better determine whether it is possible to do so.

 

Orders Using Coupons: 

Only one coupon can be used per transaction. Because we make all our jewelry to order and the price of our raw materials is so high, all orders purchased using a discount code or coupon are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. If you need to return an item that you purchased with a coupon code, we will gladly offer you store credit so that you can find the perfect replacement.

 

Custom Orders:

All custom and personalized pieces (engraved items, ring sizes not available through the provided options, etc...) are made to order and are thus final sale.
