Shipping & Return Policies
Due to the current circumstances regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) all orders for items that are not in stock will have delayed production until further notice. All items that are located under our shop section titled "Items Ready to Ship Now!" will indeed be shipped out the same day your order is placed. As a result, we can no longer adhere to our normal lead times out of the growing concern for our team's health and safety. We all love our customers but the safety of our team and our clients is of the utmost importance and we are taking all precautionary steps to protect both customers and our employees. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we are trying to do our best to maintain our business during this uncertain time. Please know that we appreciate your business, now perhaps more than ever, and look forward to the day when this situation is behind us and our production can resume.
All packages valued over $500.00 are shipped with a REQUIRED SIGNATURE upon delivery, unless requested otherwise by the customer or if the package is marked as a gift. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages if no signature requirement is requested. You can leave the non-signature request in the "Notes" section when checking out of your shopping cart.
FedEx Express packages valued over $800.00 cannot be shipped without a signature requirement upon delivery due to insurance purposes.
All standard products are generally shipped within 1 to 5 business days (on average) as of receipt of the order. But varies depending on the item, so please see production deadlines under each item's description. If the order is placed before noon, PST, then it will be put into production that very same day. If the order is placed after 12pm, PST, then it will be placed into production the following business day. For orders placed over the weekend, we will place it into production the following business day. Rest assured we ship out all our merchandise as soon as it is ready!
Customized orders may take up to 7 - 10 business days s to ship.
Expedited or International shipping fees are not refunded for items being returned.
We guarantee complete satisfaction on all of our products. If there are any repairs needed to be made within 45 days from the time the item is received, we will gladly repair the item free of charge. For any repairs needed, outside of the 45 day window, kindly contact us and we will gladly assist you with the repair provided that there will be a repair fee.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your order will not be complete and your credit card will not be charged until you click the 'Place My Order' button. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return them in the original condition for a full refund or exchange within 7 days upon receiving the item. However, we must be contacted within the 3 day window, starting from the delivery date, notifying us of the return prior to shipping back the item. If the item is returned in a damaged or worn condition there will be a 35% restocking fee applied to the refund amount.
This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, pieces not in original condition, special orders, or pieces that have been modified per customer's request. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. We are not responsible for refunding the shipping (to and from) on returning items.
All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the order delivery date to receive full refund or exchange. After that point a restocking fee of 35% will be assessed.
We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail. Returns and exchanges are limited to 3 transactions.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the detailed shipping instructions and approval for the return. We must be notified of the return before it is sent back. Items must be insured and in their original condition and gift box packaging. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount and require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.
If we are not contacted prior to the item being returned the package will be rejected and requested to have returned to sender. Please note that returning packages require an assigned RA#, otherwise the package will be rejected and returned to sender.
Please be sure to enclose a photocopy of the invoice for our reference to the order.
Items Purchased On Sale:
All items purchased on sale are only eligible for an exchange towards any other item of equal or higher value.
We accept cancellations within the 1 hour window from the time of when the order was placed. If the cancellation request is made past the 1 hour window there will be a 25% to 45% restocking fee applied to the total refunded amount, depending on the time-frame for the cancellation request. No exceptions.
We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover) and PayPal for online transactions. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
Package Interception Policy:
Shipping companies charge a fee to change a shipping address if the package is already in their possession. The fee to change the shipping address is $20.
All orders shipping outside of the United States might be subject to customs and duties charges. This charge is independent of NanaBijouJewelry.com and is not included in the shipping charges. We are not responsible for duty fees or taxes. Returns for international orders are accepted. Shipping fees for returning items are not refunded by us and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping to return.
